Company history

VERMOP Wertheim

In 1927, the grocery wholesaler Max Salmon in Mönchengladbach established a textile processing factory. At that time, he had no idea of the victory march through German households which the "Pudelmop" would enjoy around 25 years later, laying the foundation stone for the success of the "Vereinigten Mop-Werke". After the destruction of the plant in the Second World War, the Salmon company quickly recommenced production in Wertheim in Baden-Württemberg. Since then, the company has consistently been geared towards high-quality cleaning appliances and systems for commercial and private use, developed in the company. Today, VERMOP Salmon GmbH is innovative leader and research motor in the area of cleaning technology and is well prepared for the cleaning requirements of the new millennium.
